Enter The Gungeon How To Play Co Op
Guy dressed in purple (cultist), standing directly right to the other chars, chatter him up and choose co-op. The Cultist seems to exist the dedicated 2d player.
Have note the tutorial is but bachelor in solo play and accept a quick expect if you have configured/mapped the right controller.

actually weird decision to limit co op in this manner. i promise that conclusion is reconsidered since it makes no sense and limits fun.

I agree.
Coop is local only simply there'due south ways around that. Like using team viewer.
Like I mentioned before, this earth needs more than Ryan Dorkoski'south

To unlock co-op all yous need to do is play i run of the game in single player.
Besides information technology sounds like, while P1 can cull his character, P2 is forced to play as the "cultist". So it's not real coop, it's stinted coop, like Binding of Isaac.
I guess that'south another game I tin can have off my wishlist. Evidently developers take no idea what players desire - don't they practice whatsoever play-testing!?
Played a tiny bit of co-op today, I may be biased since I tend to similar the genre merely that co-op didn't feel stinted.
I do get the point that someone appreciates the choice to cull by himself. Even so no thing how hard I try I do not become why the seemingly "stock-still co-op cultist" in particular makes this a bad game.
at that place is no cultist
The cultist will only show upwards if the game detects a second feasible ways of input for P2,
in other words plug in a controller the game tin recognize and he'll instantly appear out of sparse air

Strangely remote play has stopped working for me since a month or two ago, so I've been using parsec lately. Parsec can also work with any game.
